Stéphane is head over heels in love with Laura. The day she asks him to leave, the same days he is let go from his job at the bank for attempted embezzlement, his world falls apart. The evidence is against him and he believes everyone thinks he is guilty, even his daughter. Stéphane is incapable of coping with the tsunami that has overwhelmed him.
